Interview with Akemi Lucas Sensei

In this episode I talk to master calligrapher, Akemi Lucas. Akemi came to the UK from Japan and has set up a school of calligraphy, Koshu Japanese Art. She is a very prestigious artist and is recognised around the globe, her artwork is awe-inspiring and is being used at some of the biggest events on the planet such as the Olympics and World Rugby Awards. Our conversation focused on mental health, motivation, perfection and inspiration.
