Today Ian welcomes Barry Kirby on the show. Barry starts off by introducing the numerous activities he has been keeping himself busy with. Barry then talks about his research and findings and what we should focus on, if we want to preserve the Earth. Barry and Ian then talk more about their opinions on changes that need to be undertaken first for the future to look better. Barry then talks more about the role of understanding the problem, rather than forcing people to act a certain way that might go against their comfort. Barry also mentions how he managed to market the idea sharing as a business plan to help other businesses share their ideas and motivate employees effectively.
