Calyn shares her coaching journey, discussing the similarities and  differences of coaching high school and college. She explains how a private Christian university operates differently to a public institution with respect to recruiting and scholarships. She shares some of the challenges of balancing work and family, what she's learned  along the way, and offers advice for other coaches.
