Interview with Dr. Carolina Bejarano, an Assistant Professor and clinical child psychologist in the Division of Behavioral Medicine and Clinical Psychology at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and the University of Cincinnati Department of Pediatrics. Dr. Carolina M. Bejarano is a member of the 20th class of the YWCA Rising Star Equity Leader and a board member of Apoyo Latino (The Greater Cincinnati Latino Coalition), a community-based network and resource hub in Cincinnati, Ohio, dedicated to improving access to services for Hispanic/Latino individuals. Dr. Bejarano discusses her upbringing, family environment, and cultural background, and their impact on her life.
