Interview with CDR Jason Aleksak and LT Antoine Adams - Officer Candidate School

We interviewed CDR Aleksak and LT Adams in the Barracks on the eve a new class reporting aboard.  They shared some perspective about Officer Candidate School Program and how they develop the future leaders of the Coast Guard.  Some of the key topics we talked about include: Diversity, Peer Leadership, Professionalism, Modeling the Way, Enabling Others to Act, Leadership Definitions and Habits, and tips for people attending OCS or Recommending OCS for others.
