Darrell Harada is a kahu (Hawaiian wisdom keeper), empath and healer. He shared some insights on how we can stay grounded and find peace especially during the Covid19 times of uncertainty. Darrell is also a massage therapist, trained in qigong and qi balancing (a kind of healing) with an 18th generation Grand Master from Shanghai, trained with and given title by a Kahuna (Master Practitioner) from a two thousand year old Hawaiian lineage of healing and spirituality.
