Debbie Sayers is the Club Secretary and Welfare Officer of Salisbury Rovers FC. When the club was founded, they were very open, honest & forthright with their three pledges.  Provide the best quality of environment  Allow kids to play with freedom  Develop the whole child Although these may be things we all think we might do, Debbie & the team at Salisbury Rovers truly adopt a child-centred approach and I encourage you to check out the work they do on their website https://www.salisburyroversfc.co.uk/ - but I will highlight the 8th point on their club rules, which I think sums it up nicely.  '8. Kids' voices will always be louder than the adults.
