Hawk, DSL, MHA, CFAAMA served as the Executive Director since February 2019. His background includes over 35 years in the Department of Defense, 26 years of active-duty military service in the United States Air Force, and over 20 years in executive level roles, leading healthcare, and nonprofit organizations. Dr. Rick and his wife have been married over 38 years, and they have five sons. With a doctorate in strategic leadership (DSL) from Regent University, he is passionate about leading people and organizations to be their best, for the advancement of Christ’s Kingdom on the Earth. Diana Bird, BSN, RN, has experience working as a registered nurse in a variety of capacities — from bedside nursing to clinical settings to education training positions –but her heart lies in the calling of being a community health nurse. She is passionate about mentoring and building relationships, using nursing skills and knowledge, as well as a love for Christ, to instill hope and comfort. Diana, along with her husband are native of North Idaho and they have four children.
