Belo Horizonte was host to the first ever International Fair of Business, Innovation and Technology (FINIT). Organized by the Minas Gerais Secretariat of Science, Technology and Higher Education, the four-day event was one of the biggest technology and innovation events in the world with some 10,000 visitors daily. The goal of the event was to bring together startups, large companies, students, researchers and other professionals in technology and innovation.
