Gavin and Ian then discuss what problems fuel prices cause for smaller ports. Gavin then continues to discuss his technology in more detail and how it works in practice. Gavin continues to talk more about legislation and how that influences the field he works in. Gavin also mentions how perception of the idea has brought him more problems than merit. Ian and Gavin both discuss how such technology and ones similar to it can threaten multi-million-dollar industries.
