Interview with Harry Varley, Head of Women's Football (Soccer), Grenada Football Association

Harry shares his many experiences coaching soccer across the world, detailing some of the challenges and successes associated with the job.  He discusses how important it is that coaches get trained on the many responsibilities beyond actual coaching, such as leadership and  politics. He also answers several viewer questions, including whether he has a coaching philosophy and how he does (or does not) choose a captain.
