Interview with Janine Allis from BOOST Juice Bars

Janine Allis openly shares her trials and tribulations on her business journey of the BOOST juice Brand. In this interview we discover how  Janine went from setting up just one juice bar business in Adelaide and how she grew her brand to an international multi million dollar business. Janine shares about the importance of hiring the right team around, how to build your dream business from scratch. She also gives specific advice to the ‘start up’ entrepreneur to the entrepreneur who is evolving into being experts or wants to dominate in their field. My favourite part of this interview and biggest ‘Ah-Ha’ moment is when she talks about accountability as a business owner and how she doesn’t hold back asking the toughest questions to even her solicitors and accountants- “Know everything, otherwise it could very well cost you a fortune”. BOOST Juice bars was the first part of Janine’s retail empire called ‘Retail Zoo’, which I had the pleasure of being invited into her amazing office in Melbourne and being graced with her warm and open personality.
