Overcoming binge eating/bullying/abandonment issues and many others she is now the ceo of The Apex Life She left her 12 year career because  she felt there was something missing in the "health and fitness" industry that she could bring to the forefront. Merging behaviour/mindset and health and fitness together as she felt that they both are vital for a true transformation.   She coaches people online to help them identify their limited beliefs, self sab,emotional eating,  etc, and go through self discovery so that they can find the motivator for these behaviours and can cultivate self-awareness and feel empowered by their abilities of changing their own lives instead of feeling like a victim of their circumstances.
