Interview with Jen Brooks, Athletic Director, Ursuline Academy

AD Jen Brooks shares her experiences from almost 30 years at a private school for girls. She discusses the joys and challenges of her job, and  what it's like being the only female AD in a meeting. She explains how she find and trains her coaches and what she does to "get away" from a  job that can be all-consuming. Last, she offers advice for others in the sports professions.
