Through hands-on volunteer efforts and restoration projects, PCS empowers individuals to actively address water quality challenges.   About Jesse Stock (November 2024) Jesse Stock is the Executive Director at Partners for Clean Streams, bringing over 21 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and community engagement. A former Philanthropic Services Officer at the Greater Toledo Community Foundation, Jesse has also led community initiatives at organizations like the Athens County Foundation, Athens County Board of Developmental Disabilities, and the American Red Cross. With a background that includes military service, where he earned two Bronze Stars, Jesse is deeply committed to service, community, and positive change.
