Interview with Jessica Armstrong, Owner and Creator of TCCREATED

In search for my purpose, I knew I needed to make some moves. I started by leaving my home town in Virginia to the mountains of Colorado to be inspired by the nature and the community. After working for a season at a ski resort, I began my search for a career. Real Estate had been a part of my life, my father worked as a commercial lender and knew many real estate investors and my sister had gone to college for real estate so I began my search for jobs in the industry. My position as a Transaction Coordinator for a brokerage in Breckenridge was exciting, learning the process and working with agents.I have always been a creator and entrepreneur at heart, wanting to contribute to the community so I was inspired by working along side agents who were running their businesses and learning about how they made their clients a priority. After seeing my position at the brokerage not providing the support I needed to be successful in my journey, I began searching for opportunities in the Transaction Coordinator world and meet many other TCs who owned and operated their own business and worked directly with agents. So TCCREATED was born! The idea is that my business was created by someone with TC experience and designed with agents in mind.My values are wrapped up in the service we provide, authenticity, empowerment and genuine, quality care for our clients and their business. Because of this I was able to grow quickly, first from creating connections with agents I wanted to work with and then receiving new agents mostly through word of mouth.
