    John Painz : " Stuck " Born in Brooklyn, NY, John Painz originally wanted to be a comic book artist. To pay the bills he found himself learning how to be a graphic designer, and was one for 15 years. He started his filmmaking career in 2011 with 8 for Vegas, a 9 episode web series he wrote, directed, shot, and edited. Shortly after, he was hired to shoot three more web series. Off Off, Internet Affairs, and The Thing. With his producing partner Julie Sisson, he produced the short film 5AM, which played at a number of festivals all over the country, and has been shown on two television programs.
