Interview with Joshua Watkins, LMPD "Sexual Harassment Web" and a Certificate of Need Explainer

This week Jazmin and Robert interviewed Joshua Watkins, the person who will certainly be elected to the House of Representatives in District 42 this fall. We talked to him about what he hopes to accomplish, how he will bring his experience to Frankfort, and why he's running for this office in the first place. During the first half of the show, Jazmin walks us through the tangled web of sexual harassment claims made against LMPD officers, and Robert explains what the heck Certificate of Need is.
