We are filtering our coaching down to the next generation.   How do you move forward if you spot potential? I really enjoyed tennis when I started and it was this that encouraged me to continue and develop the skills. If I identify someone with potential I focus on building passion in the person.   If finance was a limiting factor for an individual we would support them to realise their potential   What plans have you put in for the longevity of success for your business? A successful player is not just about their results it’s also about their enjoyment and developing their passion. These are aspects we work on with all our players.   Have the skills you’ve learnt in tennis helped you in other situations? You got to use what you know and adapt and in different situations. The skills I have developed in tennis have been transferable to other situations such as exams.   Is mindset and mental preparation important?
