Interview with Lauren Hubele: An Aquarian Innovator, Gemmotherapist and Founder of the Gemmo Forest

Lauren Hubele is a gemmotherapist and has started the first and only Gemmo Forest in the US on 12.5 acres of land in Keene, NH. What began as an intended hands-on classroom to teach Gemmotherapy has grown into something larger—a plant and tree nursery, educational outreach programs, and a grassroots initiative encouraging neighborhoods to replace their lawns with herb and vegetable gardens. It involves growing plants, trees, and shrubs for not only their medicinal benefits but also for the vitality and well-being of all who interact with it. She has written a book, "The Art and Science of Gemmotherapy," which will be published this summer 2025. Lauren is also a founder of Coherence Lab, which fosters compassion and collaboration between different healers in supporting a person to find their own inner wisdom and what works for them in their healing journey.
