Interview with Leon Chou (aka basketball_card_enthusiast on IG) on How He Transitioned from Working Corporate Gig to Full-Time Hobby Collector/Seller; Mbappe Signs Exclusive Autograph Deal w/ Panini

EPISODE 79 - Clark, Hyung, and John quickly discuss the recent news that French soccer sensation Kylian Mbappe signed an exclusive autograph/memorabilia deal with Panini and how much the National Treasures autograph card of Mbappe could cost once released later this month (Sept.) And for this episode, the guys interview Leon Chou (aka basketball_card_enthusiast on Instagram) who is a hobby veteran, but only recently made the jump from working a corporate gig and collecting cards on the side to being a full-time card investor/collector. We talk about his hobby journey, how he transitioned into working full-time in the hobby, as well as his selling strategy both online and at local card shows. Plus he reveals a surprising pick on who he collects for his PC (you'll never guess!)  Then they end the episode with "Pick One" where they name two cards or sets, and then debate which one they would rather invest in. The pairs chosen this week include: Fernando Tatis 2016 Bowman Chrome Blue Refractor (BGS 9.5/10) vs. Barry Bonds 1986 Topps Traded Tiffany (PSA 10); Better player to invest $25K in - Shohei Ohtani vs. Mike Trout; and 2008 Topps Chrome Refractor of Kobe Bryant (being guarded by LeBron James) vs. 2008 Topps Chrome Refractor of Lebron James (chalk toss).
