Interview with Milana Yarbrough

In light of current events, this week I am sharing a special podcast conversation with the newest Dream Team member - our summer intern Milana. She was open hearted and willing to speak with me about about racism and what I have learned about my part in it. I have learned so much and WILL BE part of the discussion and the solution.
