Interview with Mindy Brouse Part 2

In part two of Mindy's interview, she shares her adoption story of a beautiful baby girl with Down's Syndrome. It is fascinating how her and her husband's adoption story of this baby girl intricately connects with the beginnings of her story she shared in part one! She shares the joys and challenges of being an "older mom", inducing lactation, and straddle parenting, and teaching skills to her kiddo with special needs.  She shares the challenges of finding community for her child with special needs and the importance of taking care of each other. In the post show, Lisa shares her experience of fostering a child. Jenny and Lisa talk about the traits we are born with and the challenges of that. Jenny and Lisa also discuss what it means to them individually to be either pro life or pro choice and have an honest and vulnerable conversation of the differences and similarities they hold.
