Rob is joined by Nana Piesie, from Sweden. Despite his location, he co-founded Miracle Properties and began investing in the UK property market. In this episode, he explains why he and his partner picked the UK, instead of the Swedish markets.   Nana talks about dealing with property sourcers and other professionals in the UK, good and bad. He also shares some of the strategies he uses when buying property abroad. Strategies that are equally as effective for people who are investing in their home country, outside of areas that they know well. You have to do your homework on the professionals you use as well as on the properties It is never wise to rush the process, slow down think, and give yourself time to think. Before investing from abroad, take the time to understand how the business model you are thinking of using works on the ground. Usually, it is quite different from what you are told.
