Interview with Ohio murderer Jeffrey Hill

Jeffrey Hill is a murderer convicted of stabbing his elderly mother to death in her own home. He was given the death penalty in Ohio for this 1991 murder, but the sentence was later commuted to 25 to life, less than a month before he was scheduled to be executed.
