Vicky is the founder of Pasta Grannies, a YouTube channel preserving the pasta making traditions of pasta grannies around the world. Vicky worked in international development and has spent the past few years as a food writer and journalist. She's written books on food in Corfu and Andalucía. Olivia Cummings, founder of jewellery brand Cleopatra's Bling, talked to Vicky about ancient pasta-making traditions, how they've been transformed today and the secret to making PERFECT pasta.
