Interview With Phylicia Stubblefield

from Be Simply Fit Hosted by James Burns

Today I have the pleasure of interviewing a young lady named Phylicia Stubblefield. She is a Houston Texas native and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in community health education in California. Her experience with bullying began in the firth grade and at 31 is still recovering from post adult bullying syndrome, a condition which is the result of long term abuse. As part of this condition she developed trichotillomania (which is the pulling of one's own hair) which she did for 18 years. The good news is she hasn't pulled her hair in months and continues on her journey toward full recovery. Her goal is to use her story to help others heel and to educate communities about the dangers of bullying and why we have to take a comprehensive approach when dealing with the problem. I believe everyone will enjoy her story of faith and hope as she continues to heel from the scars of bullying.
