Interview With Richard Haass: Masters in Business (Audio)

July 15 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg View columnist Barry Ritholtz interviews Richard Haass, president of the Council on Foreign Relations. In 2013, Haass served as chairman of the multiparty negotiations in Northern Ireland that provided the foundation for the Stormont House Agreement, receiving the Tipperary International Peace Award for his efforts. From 1989 to 1993, he was special assistant to President George H.W. Bush and as a senior director for the National Security Council. In 1991, Haass was awarded the Presidential Citizens Medal for helping to develop and explain U.S. policy during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. His next book, "A World in Disarray: American Foreign Policy and the Crisis of the Old Order," will be published in January by Penguin Press.
