You must also need to be able to adapt and be on the forefront of change, respond to the ways in which people digest information. Finally, decide if you are the entrepreneur or the business person and go all in. Irene: What does raising successful kids mean to you? Julian: It means ensuring they are in a loving environment and they are comfortable. You need to meet this as a baseline in order to express confidence and entrepreneurship.
