Interview with Stuart Cook - Co Founder and Co CEO of Flave

In this episode of The One Shot Movement, we interview Stuart Cook, one of my good friends and the Co Founder and Co CEO of Flave. Stuart is an entrepreneur, advisor and business investor. Stuart is the former CEO of Zambrero - an International Mexican Quick Service Restaurant Chain which he exited in 2015. Since coming on board as the CEO in 2009, Zambrero increased its revenue from $1.1 million to over $75 million in sales and over 4 countries and sold over 300 locations. Stuart and his wife, Samantha Cran, are active through their investment & advisory group - T.W.I.Y.O - The World Is Your Oyster, in a number of start-ups and businesses. Stuart is also a board member and shareholder of The Entourage - Australia's largest educator for entrepreneurs. Stuart now is the Co-founder and Co-CEO of Flave, a plant-based consumer facing business with it's mission to help people reduce their impact on the world by switching to more of a plant-based diet.
