A lot of people are looking up to celebrities, but no one is actually showing them how to have confidence. You are a parent supporting your children, the kids are not doing it on their own. They need a supportive environment to allow them to flourish.   Irene: What is the key to a sustainable business Veronika: A lot of people talk about relationships, and it's essential that you maintain relationships with your customers, your colleagues and everyone you deal with.   Irene: What inspires you to carry on? Veronika: When you don't see a result, most people, they give up straight away. For us, if we only inspire one person each day it's worth it. Keep going when it gets hard and see the light at the end of the tunnel.   Irene: What does Raising Successful Kids mean to you?
