In this episode, I interview Dr. Matt Clay of Loudoun County, Virginia about his journey of going from a new grad clinic manager to an associate to an entrepreneur and a clinic owner.  Matt originally reached out to our Google Ads agency to help him increase his marketing but I wouldn’t take him on for that because I didn’t think he had the back-end business systems to get the ROI.
