Ashley (@bfrb_ashley) lives with six different body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), including trichotillomania. This made it especially challenging for her to come forward as a BFRB and mental health advocate. However, through her journey, Ashley discovered a deep sense of passion and purpose in BFRB advocacy, which eventually led her to become one of the hosts of The BFRB Podcast. As Ashley navigates her own recovery journey and explores various therapies, she hopes to contribute more to the BFRB and mental health community by sharing her experiences. The best is yet to come!

And then I just simply vent my thoughts and or mindset focused conversations that I have with my friends, family, and even strangers to you in hopes to start a discussion. Our minds are powerful tools that could be the difference between positive an negative living. Though we shoot for positive at all times, the mind sometimes trick us! Let's talk about it!
