Liz Fisher @tapintohealth_eft is an EFT International Accredited, Certified EFT Practitioner. She originally found EFT while searching for cures for ongoing anxiety 10 years ago and taught herself how to use it by watching YouTube videos. It helped Liz so much that she decided to get certified and started her private EFT practice, Tap Into Health in 2019. In 2023, Liz launched a podcast of the same name that is dedicated to tapping and helping people clear blocks to live their best lives. She has personally overcome Emetophobia, Panic Attacks and Trichotillomania, a body focused repetitive behavior (BFRB) that she had for over 35 years using EFT. Liz has worked with hundreds of clients and has published case studies of her work. Her passion is introducing people to the power of EFT tapping and watching it transform their lives!Liz lives in Cleveland Heights, Ohio and is married to her husband, Ryan. They have two beautiful boys, Jack (13), Sam (9) and a Pomchi named Ziggy.
