Steven Goddard (@bearsy84) is a London-based man in his 40s who has been living with trichotillomania for over 25 years. Through his experience, Steven has come to recognize how deeply trich impacts men, despite being far less openly discussed than it is among women. He speaks candidly about the stigma, isolation, and pressure many men feel to keep their struggles private, and the toll that silence can take over time. By sharing his story on Trich Talks, Steven hopes to help break down barriers, encourage more open conversations among men, and remind others living with trich that they are not alone.

The Morning Thought Montez Garner Welcome to the channel of thought. Here, I just run with a topic that crosses my mind in the morning when I go to my journal. And then I just simply vent my thoughts and or mindset focused conversations that I have with my friends, family, and even strangers to you in hopes to start a discussion. Our minds are powerful tools that could be the difference between positive an negative living. Though we shoot for positive at all times, the mind sometimes trick us! Let's talk about it!
