Matthias learns the hard way that Phillies fans take their baseball seriously when he accidentally causes them to lose by 28 points by unknowingly keeping their playbook from the team for the whole game. Luckily he escapes down below the stadium where he gets a job traveling cross-country with the Mole People who maintain stadium greens across the United States. He eventually winds up in Baltimore, MD where a crow steals a coin from him and escapes to Hampton Corvin's House of Corvid, a hotel owned by Hampton Corvin himself. There he learns all about the history of the hotel, or Crowtel, as Hampton calls it. He also discovers some interesting facts about our fine feathered friends.
