INTO THE DEEP (John 21:1-14) - “I Will Make You Fishers of Men…” January 29, 2016

When Jesus began His earthly ministry, He miraculously gave the Apostles a great catch of fish and afterward called them saying, ‘follow Me, I will make you fishers of men.’ At the end of His earthly ministry, He did a similar miracle where He directed the Apostles to another large catch of fish. With these miracles, Jesus reminds us of our mission as a church to reach out to as many people as we can with the Gospel of the Kingdom of God. As we continue our ‘Into the Deep’ series about who we are and what we will do as a church, we’ll talk about how we will reach out to our community.
