Intoduction to Those Left Behind

This is an introduction to my new (and first) podcast Those Left Behind. Those Left Behind is a warm, honest podcast about grief, memory and the people we carry with us after they’re gone. Each episode is a relaxed conversation about who someone lost, what grief was really like, what helped, what didn’t, and the little things that still bring that person back. The tone is emotional but not bleak — reflective, human and full of love, humour and memory.
