This show came out of my burning desire to connect you guys to world class experts that I personally have the great fortune of talking to regularly, from doctors to exercise scientists, nutritionists, leading researchers - and the list goes on. Basically any and all people who will help me and my audience reach a level of peak performance both physically and mentally. I consider myself a curator of information, and in these interviews, I’ll be teasing out all the complex scientific concepts and leaving you guys with actionable information to help you improve your quality of life. My goal is for these episodes to be fun and relaxed while still digging deep to obtain the answers to your burning questions.
