To test or not to test for food sensitivities... That is the question! In the FDN certification program, we DO teach about food sensitivities, and for good reason. While most food sensitivity tests look at only one or two ways (out of thousands of ways) that the body could react immunologically to a food, the primary test we use/teach in the course is one that tests for THOUSANDS of ways (indirectly).
