Introducing Ave, Pete & the 6 Star Business podcast - #1

Last year during our weekly mastermind calls, my colleague Pete Daly-Dickson and I pondered what it takes to achieve 5 star reviews at a consistent level and what the ingredients to that were. After some discussion and satisfaction with our answers (oh weren't we clever?!) Peter asked "what would it mean to be a 6 Star business?"This question started an ongoing discussion and exploration into the machinations of how to not only achieve this - but to bring it to the world.  From that simple question, Six Star Business was formed.The purpose for Six Star Business is to bring awareness, connection and ingenuity to businesses aiming to shine today and into the future through the lens of the customer journey and the benchmark of 5 star reviews.  We are connecting and collaborating, and healing businesses and the world as we do it.This is not about focusing on a particular system, or process, or program to achieve productivity or sales growth.
