Introducing Healthy Cells, Healthy You! A LifePharm Podcast

from Healthy Cells, Healthy You with Janet Walker · host Janet Walker

Today, more than ever, so many of us are facing challenging times… physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially.  What’s one major result of all this chronic stress? It’s aging… on a CELLULAR LEVEL.  In fact, a number of studies have linked stress with shorter telomeres.  Telomeres are a chromosome component that have been associated with cellular aging. Damage to telomeres puts you at risk for heart disease, diabetes, cancer, pain, depression and more.OK, so chronic stress damaging cells is the bad news.  The GOOD news is that there IS HELP for cells in need of repair. You can stop, and even reverse the damage being done to your cells by today’s toxic environment. My name is Janet Walker and I’m the host of the Healthy Cells, Healthy You Podcast, brought to you by LifePharm, Incorporated.  For 16 years I’ve been a writer and producer for the award winning national PBS health information programs “American Health Journal” and “Innovations in Medicine”.  We’ve interviewed thousands of doctors, scientists and researchers on every topic related to health and medicine. In this podcast, the focus will be on the science, research and products developed by LifePharm, a company whose innovative cellular repair products are backed by extensive science, research and clinical studies. I’ll be talking to scientists, researchers, doctors and others who work in the fields of health and wellness, anti-aging, and cellular repair.  We’ll also talk to people just like you who have been on a journey to make lifestyle changes to repair their cells and improve their health and well-being.
