We’ve wanted to have her on the show for a while now but nursery life is very busy so I’m really excited to share this conversation. She talks about her early years life, her background and journey into becoming our nursery chef, her passion for sustainability and managing waste, and the ways the nursery does this, her autumn/winter menu, plant-based focused meals, working with the veg boxes, the kids kitchen takeover and of course the recognition she’s gained through being awarded Apprentice Of The Year by Trafford college.
