Introducing: Rising in Life After Trauma  a podcast by Effie Jordan, founder of Jordan Resilience. In this show, we'll be covering what happens after the worst moments of your life and what the rebuilding of self really looks like. I'll be sharing aspects of my life as a police officer and intelligence analyst of 14 years service within the New South Wales Police Force and the unseen wounds of PTSD, as well as my journey through domestic violence and breast cancer. As well as sharing my own advice and lived experience with PTSD, I'll be interviewing a range of guests such as Kat John and Shelley Horton, and will be asking them to share their stories of adversity and their advice on how they live alongside it, rebuild and keep going. The topics will range from the rare and difficult, to the more common, but often under-discussed.
