Send us Fan MailI’m starting this podcast because the quality of property education SUCKS at the moment. We live in the attention economy.What that means now is that we’re being taught more and more by teachers who have no idea what they’re talking about.We have kids who’ve done very little, understand even less and talk NON stop.  For us, with my own story, a lack of quality education was a BIG reason why my family lost their home when I was 15.  Point is, the current education is dangerous.  You can just as easily get yourself into trouble by aimlessly following these sheepish advice and buying up a pile of lemons. On Australian Property Chat, I’ll use my experience to cut through the BS.The purpose of this is purely to share what I know with the hope that it helps educate you, and that it helps inform your decision making process better.We’ll talk to our network of fellow property people, about all things driving residential property markets. Me and my co-host Curtis Stewart have done it all – not long ago we were first home buyers taking advantage of incentives, we’ve bought and held properties, bought H&L packages, made mistakes, learned from them, pivoted, adjusted, and now I’m a developer in Sydney and have built a sizeable property portfolio.Our aim is simple on the show, it’s to entertain & educate you about how to grow wealth through property.Note: all advice on this podcast is general in nature and reflects our opinions only.  You should seek individual financial advice about your circumstances. Reach out to us at www.australianpropertytalk.com.au
