A neurodivergent autodidact with over 25 years in corporate leadership, his work is shaped by personal experiences of burnout and existential crisis, giving him a unique lens on business, social systems, and human development.He created Following the Way, a framework for integrated self-mastery, and co-founded The Walled Garden Philosophical Society, where he collaborates with thought leaders on transformative ideas.
