Who doesn't need a last minute go-to for meal ideas? Hey everybody. I'm Nina. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. I got my degree in food studies from New York University and I've cooked in all types of places. From being a cook in the military. To high-end New York City restaurants. To even a cute little food truck in Alaska. Even though I can come up with a catering menu during the day to feed 200 people. By the end of the day, I am exhausted and lose all creativity when I need meal ideas for my roomies AKA my husband and three boys. Also... low key need an accountability partner so I'm not tempted to order pho or pizza last minute. Hey, it's 2023. It's expensive to human. I'm trying to create a space where we surpass the whole Googling and scrolling to find ideas. Join me in brainstorming the biggest question. All households face. every. single. day.
