Introduction

Welcome to the "This and That + Kat" podcast! We talk about a little bit of this and a little bit of that, and of course, I am your host, Kat. Here, you can expect real conversations about life experiences. We are all just humans trying to navigate today's world. It's about time we start being honest with ourselves and others. Our stories make us who we are, whether we succeed or fail. Let's get real! So, I invite you to sit back, relax, and play an episode of "This and That + Kat." ✨️ 🫧💖 ⭐In this episode, I introduce myself, state my intentions for this podcast, and tell you what you can expect in future episodes.
