What do you do after you've been laid off during the Coronavirus Pandemic..start a Podcast, duh! I'm Philip Arouca and I'll be your host for Uncommon Democracy. Follow along as we tell stories about everyday people who are working hard to better their community. No, I'm not a trained podcaster or journalist, I'm just an everyday American who wants to highlight good neighbors in our communities across the United States. My goal is to break down barriers between neighbors and do away with labels or Democrat or Republican, Black or White, Rich or Poor and get to know the story behind the individual.
