Alf arrived in Montenegro from Germany and immediately fell in love with the place. Being a fellow libertarian, he's been seeking alternatives to the more traditional lifestyle and restrictions he suffered from back in his home country. It seems here in Montelibero he's finally found what he's been looking for - an association of like-minded people who value their freedom and who are excited to build a better future for themselves and their children.
